As a small business specializing in pet grooming and microchipping for the past 17 years, it was a bit of a shock to receive notice to quit our premises at the Oaks Garden Centre, Merley. The site is earmarked for development. But with disappointment comes opportunity.

We are thrilled to have discovered such wonderful premises at our new location, 11 Dunyeats Road. This enables us to continue offering our trusted pet grooming and microchipping services to our existing clients while reaching out to the central Broadstone area. Our new, more spacious premises have empowered us to expand our retail provision, focusing on a wide range of healthy and sustainable pet products and gifts.

Having lived in Broadstone, Corfe Mullen, and Merley, it feels incredibly positive to be back at the heart of the community. With a background as a former grooming tutor at Kingston Maurward College, rest assured that your family member will be in safe, skilled, knowledgeable hands. We aim to craft a grooming style for your dog that suits both you and your beloved pet.

Over the past six weeks, we’ve been tirelessly working day and night, supported by local professionals, to ensure the provision of the best facilities for your pet grooming and microchipping needs. We were overjoyed when, finally, the big day arrived, and Vicky Slade, our local councillor, graciously took time from her hectic schedule to cut the ribbon and officially declare Clip’n’Chip open for business.

Lauren, Gerry, and I eagerly anticipate meeting you and your pets at our new premises. Additionally, we now offer a collection and delivery service for local elderly clients who are no longer able to drive.
